How we work

  1. Find

    We collect real complaints from communities and reviews. If a good solution already exists, we don't build another one.

  2. Ship fast

    One core feature, out in about two weeks. Terms, refunds and a support address are in place from day one.

  3. Decide by the numbers

    Before launch we set a bar (usage, payments). After the review period we keep or retire the product, and we say so openly when we retire one.

If we retire a product, we announce it in advance and keep paid content available for the period we promised.
